Enjoy 5 wines from around the world, each thoughtfully selected from Pedro’s Wine Collection and paired with a purposefully crafted dish* to give you a dining experience like no other.

FIRST COURSE:

SECOND COURSE:

Sesame seared ahi tuna steak
Spring roll sesame crunch, pickled ginger, micro greens
Wasabi citrus vinaigrette, cucumber essence
SALAD COURSE:
Los Haroldos Malbec Rose (Argentina)
Roast acorn squash & merlot poached pear on a baby arugula bed
Preserved onions, brioche herb croutons
Pomegranate lemon zest vinaigrette

Artimino Iris IGT (Italy)

Espresso rubbed filet of beef
Iron skillet seared, wild mushroom ragout, crispy sweet onions
Puree of gingered yams, brown butter brussel sprouts, merlot rosemary jus
DESSERT:
Artimino Vin Santo of Carmignano Occhio di Pernice (Italy)

Mini apple crostata
Flakey pastry, tart apples, ale steeped cranberries, oatmeal struesel
Caramelized walnut brittle, vanilla bean gelato, rum spiked cider drizzle
This event is priced at $70 per person and is all inclusive of food, wine, coffee (if desired), service charges and taxes (plus a surprise complimentary gift to take home).  A reservation and advanced payment are required by February 28th, 2017.
