TASTING NOTES | This wine has a complex structure, with a robust, full-bodied mouth feel. It has an intense ruby red color with reflections of garnet, aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and cherries, full-bodied and persistent.

PAIRING | Ideal with roast red meats, grilled meats, BBQ chicken and wild game, grilled lamb, strong cured cheese, pasta dishes.
