TASTING NOTES | Deep and rich ruby red with a complex bouquet of plums, spice, tobacco, and mocha. Leading to  rich and deep flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, coffee and white pepper. Surrounded by notes of luscious strawberries and cherries. With mineral undertones, finishing long and silky with vanilla overtones.  

PAIRING | This is a wonderfully balanced wine that can be enjoyed both with a light lunch or a heavy dinner. Ideal with steaks, duck confit, spicy chicken, seared appetizes, toasts and hearty stews.
