VINIFICATION AND AGING | Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and then bottle aged for 10 months.
TASTING NOTES | Impenetrable with violet reflections. The Nose evident fruity base. Whiffs of black fruit and spices such as pepper, toasted coffee and even mineral and balsamic hints. The flavor is rich in the mouth, well balanced and very enjoyable, supported by a pleasant woody taste which leaves a toasted coffee finish with a lightly sweet aftertaste.
PAIRING | Red roasted or grilled meat, wild fowl and seasoned cheeses, rich cuisine.
