VINIFICATION AND AGING | Aged in French and Italian oak for 24 months, then bottle aged for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES | Rich and intense dark fruit forward bouquet with notes of black cherry and spice. Full bodied with red berry fruit flavors surrounded by a hint of black liquorice leading to a smooth, slightly tannic finish, which lingers through the rich dark fruit and mineral notes.

PAIRING | Ideal with lamb, liver, Italian dishes, pizza, pasta with red sauce, veal, grilled chicken, rabbit, grilled fish and hearty cheese.
