TASTING NOTES | Beautiful violet red color with purple hues. Fruity and  sweet pastry aromas that  are complex and typical of the variety. Potent and balanced on the palate with a very pleasant final  aftertaste,   highlighting the silkiness and  volume of the wine.   With cherry, plum and a raisin bouquet enhanced by the rich blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry, plum, and raisin flavors. Leading to a rich concentrated fruit finish with a silky mouth feel.

PAIRING | As an aperitif or to accompany pasta, rice, fish, cured cheese, and hearty meat dishes.
