TASTING NOTES | Attractive bright cherry color with violet hues. A bold and elegant wine with rich red-fruit flavors of cherries and ripe strawberries,  and rustic nuances of spice, leather, and licorice. Finishing long and well structured with multifaceted dark fruit flavors.

PAIRING | Strong stews, red meats, wild game, BBQ ribs, hot wings, and cured cheese.
