VINIFICATION AND AGING | Aged in oak barrels and unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES | Rich ruby color with purple overtones. It presents/displays aromas of green pepper, black olives and red fruits conjugated with a touch of vanilla and chocolate, product of the union of grapes of two regions very characteristic of Argentina and its aged in oak barrels.  Of mature tannins, with good body it is an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon.

PAIRING | Beef, grilled meats, lamb, hearty red sauce pastas and strong cheeses.
