TASTING NOTES | A wonderful balance between body and taste making this enjoyable as soon as the cork is popped. Ruby red color, red fruit aroma and lightly spicy.  It is soft, medium-bodied, fruity, slightly tannic and well balanced.

PAIRING | Fresh pasta with tomato-based sauces, red meats, braised meats, wild game, medium aged cheese and heavy fish like sword fish and salmon.
