VINIFICATION AND AGING | The grapes are destemmed, fermented and macerated at a temperature between 24 °C and 26 °C for 7 days, focused on preserving their fruity aroma and varietal expression.  This wine is conserved in pools for some months, then briefly transitioned to oak and filtered before bottling. It rests in bottle for two months.

TASTING NOTES | A soft ruby red wine with violet overtones. Rich and intense, with dark fruit flavors. Well-rounded and intense with a solid finish.

PAIRING | Red meat, wild game, and all types of hearty cheeses
