VINIFICATION AND AGING | Fermentation temperatures between 14ºC and 15ºC.  This wine is clarified and stabilized in cool temperatures and filtered before bottling.

TASTING NOTES | Pale light yellow, clear and clean color. Intense and attractive nose Citric fruit that adds freshness to the rich fruit flavor, well balanced full body with a rich clean finish.

PAIRING | Ideal with mussels, fish and chips, shrimp, vinaigrette salads, crab cakes, pasta seafood.
