Tacora | Chardonnay Reserva

VINTAGE | 2013

REGION | Colchagua Valley, Chile

VARIETIES | Chardonnay

VINIFICATION AND AGING | Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 16-17°C.  Once the wine has been blended it is clarified and filtered before bottling.

TASTING NOTES | Bright golden yellow color. An impressive range of flavors, from the expected butter oak to light vanilla, this deep Chardonnay grape, grown at a higher altitude, yields a crisp, smooth acidity and an essence of  fresh fruit, leaving a lasting,  beautifully-balanced  finish

PAIRING | Ideal with poultry, pork and seafood, particularly grilled shrimp and seared scallops.
