VARIETIES | Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), Carmenere (15%)

VINIFICATION AND AGING | Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days, with alcoholic fermentation occurring at 27-29°C to better extract polyphenols from the wine. Post-fermentative maceration for 2 to 3 weeks. Aged in American Oak for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES | Deep ruby color with purple notes. Notes of blackberry, cherry and plum framed by elegant vanilla, coconut, and cedar from the oak ageing, finishing rich and velvety.

PAIRING | Steak, veal, pork chops, grilled duck, hamburgers and hot dogs as well as tomato based stews and pastas.
