Mezzetti | Principe DOC

VINTAGE | 2010

REGION | Perugia, Italy

VARIETIES | Syrah (Organic Grapes)

VINIFICATION AND AGING | It is matured for 12 months in French oak barriques, and refined for an additional10 months in bottles

TASTING NOTES | It’s a deep ruby red color. The nose is powerful wine, but balanced and harmonious, with its soft texture and elegant, with complex aromas, beautiful, deep red fruit, chocolate, coffee and white pepper, with hints of spice and tobacco. It has a nice roundness on the palate and offers velvety tannins and correct acidity, fruity and spicy with notes of lush strawberries and cherries, hints minerals, grilled meat and cloves. The final show much personality with a laminated finish, long and persistent.

PAIRING | It goes well with succulent dishes and processed by cooking tasty first and second decided aromas and rich, roasted red meats.
