VINIFICATION AND AGING | Aged 6 months in oak casks.

TASTING NOTES | Deep purple with shades of violet. Complex aromas of red fruits like cherries and raspberries. Appealing notes of chocolate, coffee, and tobacco from 6 months maturation in oak casks. Well balanced with intense red fruits in the mouth, ripe tannins and a long finish.   This wine opens up well when decanted.

PAIRING | This wine is ideal for grilled, blackened, or roasted red meats, strong cheeses or heavy pasta dishes.
