VINIFICATION AND AGING | Aged in French oak for 12 months, then bottle aged for 3 months.

TASTING NOTES | Deep cherry color. Rich and fruity bouquet with cherry and blackberry notes which lead to a harmonious cherry, currant and berry fruit flavors. With a silky, clean, slightly tannic finish.  

PAIRING | Ideal with red meat, blackened seafood, hearty appetizers, semi-aged cheese, and pasta with red sauces.
