VINIFICATION AND AGING | This is a young wine but has spent 4 months in 2 year old French oak barrels with a capacity of 400L.
TASTING NOTES | An intense cherry color with threads of terracotta. Open, well balanced combination of fruit-wood with lactic overtones and hints of vanilla with ripe fruit. Soft with full well balanced flavor that reflect the above mentioned aromas. Easily distinguished fruit and fine tannins.
PAIRING | Ideal to be drunk on its own or to accompany light snacks with “pa ambtomàquet”.
