VINIFICATION AND AGING |  Maceration lasts from 12 to 15 days.  After the first fermentation the wine is filtered from the skins and matures in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months.  Afterwards it is allowed to mature in the bottle for 3 months.

TASTING NOTES | Ruby red, with a remarkable color tone and intensity. The mouth feel is very sophisticated and harmonic. Intense wine aroma, fruity and full-bodied. With a red fruit and velvety aftertaste. With a delightfully slight tannin taste, the mouth feel is harmonic, intense, full-bodied and fresh.

PAIRING |To be combined with cold cuts, semi-seasoned cheese, first courses with spicy meat sauces and grilled meat.
