VINIFICATION AND AGING | Maceration lasts from 10 to 12 days.  The wine matures in stainless steel tanks for several months and is refined in bottles for approx. 3 months.

TASTING NOTES | Vivid ruby red color, with an aroma of red fruit, cherry, graphite and viola. This wine has an excellent intensity,  delightful tannin taste,  with a persistent and pleasantly fresh finish.

PAIRING | To be combined with cold cuts, cheese, first courses and grilled meats.

IGT, which stands for Indicazione Geografica Tipica, is a “typical” regional or local wine. Most IGT wines are simple, made from grapes grown locally and intended to be enjoyed young.
