VINIFICATION AND AGING | This wine matures for 24 months in oak casks and then for 6 months in the bottle. 

TASTING NOTES | A deep ruby red color with violet overtones and excellent tobacco, cherry and floral aromas which lead to rich vanilla, red berry fruits, finishing with a captivating balsamic flowery and tobacco aftertaste. Harmonious, full-bodied and persistent flavor.

PAIRING | Ideal with grilled red meats, blackened seafood and poultry. Great for that Sunday Cookout with friends.

DOCG, Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita, is the highest classification an Italian wine can receive. This classification is a guarantee that stringent wine making rules were followed in it’s production.

A classic and prestigious wine first created and produced by Royal Medici Family of Tuscany in the early 19th century. This wine, at one time, was the most valuable wine in all of Italy.
