VINIFICATION AND AGING | This wine matures for 24 months in oak casks and then in barriques for 12 months.

TASTING NOTES | Harmonic, sophisticated, with wide and complex dark fruit and berry aromas with flavors of red berry fruits, blackberry, tobacco, leather, and cloves, finishing  with perfect harmony, full-bodied and a persistent  slight sweet aftertaste.

PAIRING | Ideal with red meats, blackened seafood and wild game. We recommend decanting the wine before drinking.
