VINIFICATION AND AGING | The skin maceration process varies from 15 to 20 days with frequent pumping of them must over the skins.  The wine is aged in French oak barrels for the minimum of 8 months and then refined in bottles for at least 6 months.

TASTING NOTES | Vivid ruby red, with slight garnet colored shades.  The mouth feel is very sophisticated and pleasantly intense. The wine has flowery and fruit jelly aromas with a slight black pepper and licorice aftertaste.  It has a harmonic, persistent and pleasantly tannin flavor.

PAIRING | Great with grilled red meat and roasted poultry.  It is recommended to uncork the bottle at least 15 minutes before serving.
