VINIFICATION AND AGING | Fermentation is carried out with the skin maceration for 15 days, with frequent pumping of the must over the skins. After the first fermentation, the wine is filtered and aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. It is refined in bottles for an additional 3 months.
TASTING NOTES | Vivid ruby red color with plum and blackberry aromas which follow through to a medium-bodied palate of blackberries, plums and red berries and rich vanilla overtones with light, but firm tannins and a fresh finish.
PAIRING | Ideal with appetizers, cold cuts, semi-seasoned cheese, red pasta dishes, and grilled meats.
